@The_Cyber_News The booking was made while I was driving to work, and used bank card details for a card in my possession. I do not know where they obtained those details.
@The_Cyber_News Someone made a booking made using my account last week that will have been part of this. I had only used that account once in 2018, making this a data protection law breach just on them keeping my account active. Booking masked by a OTP Spam Bot giving me 250 OTPs in 2 minutes
With thanks to Mr Whitehead we now know that HMRC spent >£180M on “Loan Charge interventions” to collect £44M. A massive waste of taxpayer money; time, energy & at significant emotional cost to those who know find out they’d have been better doing nothing. https://t.co/ZTQyTTfv2d
Viewing the video from one angle, it looks like an ICE agent murdered Renee Nicole Good in cold blood. But viewing the video from a different angle, it looks like an ICE agent murdered Renee Nicole Good in cold blood. So who's to say what really happened?
@pawjast@nazanin_ashrafi@ProjectJupyter@marimo_io@quarto_pub Marimo is Python rather than snippets of Python and MD wrapped in JSON, which means that standard Python linting tools can be used. It also plays nicely with git
I have an aversion to approaches of having bits of code wrapped in json or xml
@Mel_C_73@CutMyTaxUK 3.5 years now, and not a hint of anything for at least a year. False claims not supported by evidence. Incorrect figures because the wrong calculation was done. HMRC's behaviour on Loan Charge and MSC are two sides of same coin - IR35 decides which one HMRC will go for.
A story I've heard so many times. If people wanted to get paid, they were told they had no choice; they had to sign up to these schemes. We now know that 10 people tragically died by suicide. #loancharge
HMRC knew full well about AML plc before I joined the umbrella, I asked if this was a legal and compliant way to get paid, and HMRC okayed it
I suffered with anxiety, terrible insomnia, even suicidal thoughts
@LCAG_2019@loanchargeAPPG#LoanChargeScandal
@LC_Impact@LCAG_2019@loanchargeAPPG Sounds like HMRC were "always clear" that AML plc umbrella loan scheme was a legal and compliant way to get paid. At least - that is, until they said it wasn't. HMRC advice was obviously "too good to be true". There's a nudge for every retrospective position. #LoanChargeScandal
@y_ury_ Well don @y_ury_ How did you manage that?
HMRC have reduced their demand from me by 2/3. The reasoning for that applies to everyone HMRC continues to target, but HMRC have not made that correction on a general basis. There is clear evidence of fraud by HMRC.
With the Managed Service Company legislation, when I criticised HMRC for using complex language: “The mere lack of stating this implies that” instead of saying: they were “just making things up”. they apologised for the complex language but did not challenge the meaning.
@donedgley1@FCSA_org Indeed, HMRC can interpret, reinterpret and misinterpret tax laws to their hearts content. No one is safe from their bogus accusations and retrospective legislation which sidelines our human rights.
@LawrenceLocke6 @anon_opin That's driving under licence, not driving by right. No entitlement - it is conditional on the licence.
Your "with a licence" clause contradicts "moral or legal entitlement".
That's like saying that once you have paid for something it is free.
