@YourMcColls just wondered why your staff are not asking customers why they are not wearing face coverings in local stores. Was in the Hextable store today and not one member of staff gently reminded customers that face coverings were required. Far from ideal!

@YourMcColls So suggest you re inforce this to your Hextable branch. No asking the customers why they aren’t wearing masks and also some employees not wearing when stacking shelves - excuse being mask keeps snapping !! Not good enough..
