@Eyeswideopen69 I'm Scottish and have no idea about cricket. But in the 70s/80s i knew about Ian Botham, Mike Gatting, Geoff Boycott, the big guy who was such a fan of Dylan he added that as his middle name and a few others, Imran Khan, Viv Richards. Now, I couldn't name you any cricketer!!!

@joe_yer99 @Free_to_leave It stopped being a roundabout a few years back. They blocked off North Hanover and Queens Street a while back to encourage "walking"

The second they closed off Queen Street, they let the big Wetherspoon put out tables and chairs so you couldn't walk there!!!

@GlesgaStevo Jings!!! We went to the festival they organised on Glasgow Green last year. It was FABULOUS. Day one was soul music - Odyssey and Craig Charles DJ set. Day two was country - Kevin McGuire, Johnny Mac's band and another group and loads of line dancing. We had a brilliant time 💖

@vkgscotland1 I support Scottish Independence, but I don't support Nicola Sturgeon. She was First Minister of Scotland now shes claiming to be a poor wee betrayed wifey. People alerted her to issues, and she shut them up. I'm devastated the effect this has had on Independence

@Davyjrob67 Its awful when you think back to the 70s and 80s when Stv had a soap (high road), a big crime drama (Taggart) quiz shows (now you see it) entertainment show (thingamajig) kids show (cartoon cavalcade), magazine shows, news shows, late call etc. Now they've got one programme!!

@AngeM1888 I used to work with people with dementia. We had a couple who had dolls that where their "babies" We would stick them in a bag at lunchtime and tell them the baby was asleep!!! When one tried to breastfeed the doll, we went straight to the psychiatrist. Times have really changed
