Today has been an amazing section. I was not sure what to expect. But this section has been not only informative but fun. I feel that this platform allowed me to collaborate with many of you.
When designing PD, make them useful to your audience. Respect their time. I can do this by careful planning and design the PD to contain various phases (delivery, practice, support, and follow up).
