It's based in Nigeria - not Israel - and has scammed close to $100K out of his victims. He also goes by the same fake name ("Asher Amir") on WhatsApp.

This time, I'm not only asking you to report and block - I'm also asking: if you were scammed, or if you know of anybody who was scammed, by this specific scammer, to please let me know. People have filed police reports against him and are hoping to launch an official investigation.
