There isn't just one woman—there are actually several remarkable women who've deeply inspired me.
Starting with my mother, who served as Head of Nurses in a government hospital before establishing her own hospital. Her unwavering dedication, hard work, and numerous awards and recognitions made her a respected figure whose contributions to society continue to inspire me.
I also had some incredible teachers who left a lasting impact, particularly Madam Krishna and Veena Chopra Mam. Their invaluable guidance significantly shaped my early learning journey and set the foundation for my success.
I'm also greatly inspired by Vinta Nanda, a visionary writer, producer, and director who created empowering, meaningful content in the 90s, significantly superior to much of today's superficial content. Also, my favourite actress, Madhuri Dixit Nene, for always playing women-centred roles.
After moving to Australia, Anna Haranas and Sushma Gurung provided me with essential support and mentorship, creating a nurturing environment and teaching me the fundamentals of business. Anna, as we all call her, "Mamma Sweden", has dedicated over 35 years to the training and education industry.
My wife, Rajkiran, continuously inspires me through her exceptional multitasking—as an ICU coordinator, university and TAFE educator, our Chief Financial Officer, and dedicated mother of two.
My mother-in-law, a resilient cancer patient, also greatly inspires me. Despite her health challenges, she works tirelessly, outpacing even my own daily productivity. Her strength, positivity, and grace—never complaining, upset, or angry—are truly remarkable and deeply motivating.
Additionally, our CEO, Michelle Newman, has been an influential figure in my professional journey. Our initial meeting, years ago when I stepped into a role she was leaving, evolved into a meaningful friendship and professional bond.
Finally, my daughter, whose recent accomplishments as a senator, consistent academic excellence, and achievements in martial arts and judo continually amaze and inspire me.
To these remarkable women and all others—I owe you my deepest gratitude for your incredible inspiration, unwavering support, and the countless ways you make a difference every day. From your strength and resilience to the kindness and wisdom you share, you remind me just how vital and extraordinary you are.
