Sadly, this is the ONLY photo I have of me here. Sometimes I kill myself. Granted the scenery is so beautiful, but I always forget to put myself in the shot too. This pier was one of my favorite places, so I'm glad I'm at least in this one.

Just sitting here relaxing, which I can do even from this photo. I think I might need to print this to hang on my wall somewhere and just stare at it when I need some relaxation time. Enjoy your moment of zen today!

No matter how much post-processing you do, you CANNOT accurately reflect the mesmerizing blue of these waters! There are so many shades of blue here it was just unreal. There is just blue for miles and miles. Only the white-capped crashing waves and a boat break that up.

Here's my attempt at some artistic photos.
The water looked super blue to me from behind this bramble of roots. What do you think - does it work?

I love getting up early to walk when I'm at the beach. I love the colors of the sky and how they reflect onto the pristine waters. We had quite a few red flag days while we were there, which made for some amazing… https://t.co/glwMDdlki2
So I did a thing... I submitted three of my photos to an online exhibit. *yikes*
This photo was one I chose, and I didn't realize how much of a metaphor this photo would be for 2020 when I took it in January. The waves keep thrashing the old pier, but it won't succumb. Our wor
And last but not least in this trip to Arches National Park is my favorite spot: Sand Dune Arch. For one, it was all shaded, which meant it was about 15 degrees cooler. For another, it had so much texture and… https://t.co/C3PA8UeStw
This place is called The Windows, and again, it is so apparent the difference between sun & shade. We we go next time, we will hit it either early morning or late evening for better lighting. I can't wait!… https://t.co/BceCbU9UnZ
The difference between sun and shade are unmistakable in this place. The deep orange color really comes through in the shade, while the same colored rock looks almost tan in the direct sunlight.

Some of the most famous landmarks in Arches National Park: Delicate Arch, Courthouse, Eagle Rock, & a beautiful landscape.
We were there in the heat of the day, so the took work to make these photos not reflect the… https://t.co/PYgQ9rnkTX
Man do I miss traveling! I love vacations, but weekend trips close to home are my favorite. This is a throw back to a 2019 weekend trip to Moab that I realized I never shared here. This is Balanced Rock at Arches National Park, and holy cow did it look precarious up there. T
I participated in a photo challenge to play with sun stars. I had never done this before, but man was it fun! I love how this pine tree looks all starry. I may need to do this again in the near future. So fun!… https://t.co/GUzJaMG4ZO
@societyatpeace@imagine_garden I’m going to make a point to do macro when I shoot other things. I love the mountain landscapes, but I’m standing by something, so macro it is!
I was playing around with some macro photography the other day. I love how majestic this style can make the tiniest of things. This is a simple normal leaf in my back yard, but I think it looks so cool as the center of attention.

Sunrise over the mountains is my favorite thing. I especially love it when there is snow on the mountains. With the heat lately, we are losing that snow, but lucky for me, I took lots of pics with the snow.

And now we return to our regularly-scheduled programming...
The low "clouds" on the mountain are actually caused by pollution. In LA, it's called smog. Here in Utah, we call it Inversion. Even something ugly can look beautiful depending on your perspective.

Oh how I love digital cameras! I saw this scene, and was like - this is amazing, but I doubt it will show up right on camera. Then, I thought, eh, it's just digital, so worst case, I delete it. This is probably one of my favorite photos I've taken... a nearly. full moon, cloud
