@PSEGLI Just got another message. The ETR is 6pm now. The outage was reported around 8am. When was the crew first dispatched?
ETR from 2pm to 4pm to 6pm now
@PSEGLI Thank you for the update. The power was out around 8 am due to a blown fuse. Does it take 6 hours to have it fixed? Do PSEG have an emergency crew team?
PSEG, you could do better! The power is still out. It went out around 8am, and I was told it should be back around 12; now it says 2pm. We have a 90-year-old patient in the household. I was told it was a fuse issue. Why would it take so long to solve a minor problem? Like many residents, I'm really disappointed with PSEG. As reported, you don’t delay when you cut ppl’s power off.

@PSEGLI I did give the address. Someone with initials as BB told me to call customer service. Do you know how long it takes to talk to someone? 30 minutes on hold.
Power is back a few hours ago and we appreciate the restoration efforts. However, ppl would like to see more investment in outage-related infrastructure improvements to prevent these recurring outages. Too often, heavy rain or strong winds lead to prolonged outages. Reliable service requires proactive upgrades, not just keeping repairing after the fact.

After almost 24 hours, got a notification that the tree issue caused the outage. It’s the same old stuff year after year. If an outage occurs repeatedly in the same neighborhood year after year, residents have a common question: Why weren’t preventive trimming or infrastructure upgrades done beforehand?

Power is still out. For so long, power-related infrastructure improvements have not been made. Power is always out during heavy rain or wind. Understand that improvement projects are expensive and can take years, but customers have been waiting for decades to expect some measurable improvements, while the charges keep going up.

This son bought his dad a truck after his dad’s truck broke down. He’s not a NBA or NFL, DR. or a lawyer, hust a regular guy worked hard to get his dad a truck. This shows his appreciation. The gift just says THANKS DAD... I love you!
