@321Gin @PlantBasedNews Tofu and beans are way cheaper than meat. And Gardein brand everything is not over priced. Beyond/Impossible are no longer considerably more expensive. And you can lose the mindset that you need a piece of “protein” at the center of your plate and still be super satisfied. 🤓
