@CFIB But not really. Now vaccinated employees must isolate for 5 days w/out the ability to test and prove it ISN'T COVID. Every person with a sniffle will have to be home for 5 days. And employers can't get RATs anymore. I see staffing shortages in the near future among many SMBs.

@rbcinsurance Never have I experienced such poor customer service. Claim opened March 23 & all documents received by you April 20. Called in July, told it would be escalated. Emailed October 2. Told I would have an update in 10 business days...still waiting! 1/2
