@myntra I would prefer a simple written inapp update on your investigation with @ekartlogistics at the end of the day, the @mango product I really wanted to have that should have been with me days ago was stolen. And that is disturbing for a company your size that lapses like this occur
@myntra sent the refund a no brainer but the customer had to demand for it instead of being proactive. Their tagline “everything you need to look good” was not delivered, pun intended. Fulfillment fraud=no brand trust. They failed customers & @Mango who trusted the wrong partner

@myntra@myntra case officer asked me to wait again said it’s your policy not to provide a resolution immediately. Smaller brands provide better customer recovery that you don’t have. Ship a new item and share results of investigation after. Easy to trace the fraud with @ekartlogistics
@Mango your india partner @myntra is allowing fraud. My MANGO order was not delivered yet marked as delivered. Chat support Priya Sengar rudely left the chat without intent to resolve it or process my complaint with Ekart. Worse I get a message that it was resolved #mangoindia

I would not agree at face value, but perhaps this wisdom reflect the current times? There is always a possibility of the finding not favorable to colleagues, and the search for the truth objectively is why there are still researchers in the world who know their biases quite well.
