@britishairways BA2596 from Gatwick to Verona, scheduled at 7.40 and it says departed at 7.55 on the BA app. Not sure what does 'departed' means? We still are on the ground in the airport. ????

@TfL extremely upset. This clearly so unfair, unjust. Bus route 295 stop L Blythe Road towards Ladbroke Grove. A young guy on wheelchair was not allowed to get on the bus, I was there the second that simply drove off when people refuse to move from wheelchair area. So furious!
