@BBCEssex @RedZebra0 It’s not just an idea, it’s in the parking strategy document he & the 3 party coalition are about to nod through in Council. Once done, Seafront can be shut anytime they choose & it’s out of the hands of the elected Cllr’s. They ARE anti car & demonstrate it in all policies.
