@Ledger_Support@Ledger Now I try to use the charging cable that came with the box. It appears unable to charge when the charger is disconnected and it goes off. Can I claim it? I previously submitted a claim but there was no progress email.
@Ledger_Support@Ledger Hi I have ordered Nano X on 11 Sep 2021 (order #a919df680af2) I have a problem (ticket ID 1053711 and 1034770) Previously I was using my charging cable that was not included in the box. which it can charge but the battery runs out quickly.
