@virginmedia Fed up with this. Gone on for ages. Spent more time earlier on Messenger and told it will be sorted (apart for the system issue) but been here before so not optimistic. And as for the automated voice menu when you call - truly the most annoying, pointless tool ever!
@virginmedia Contract wasn’t right when renewed, hours spent on calls & online as everything is so slow (FB Messenger - 1.5 hrs + on both occasions to create security!), nothing clear &?your emailed bills tell me I owe you money your staff then tell me I don’t but the system can’t be changed
@virginmedia the service gets worse. The issues are not addressed and the approach is terrible. I always wonders why the reputation for service was so bad. I don’t wonder any more. Please stay away from them!
@virginmedia and after 50 minutes on an online chat that didn’t even make it past security, they are now logged off. You have overcharged me, messed up my contract and continue to treat me with contempt. Hello @skytv - we’ll be taking at renewal.
@virginmedia so with the terrible call centre, the AI driven resolution team and the inability to deal with someone via X added to now by the Facebook messenger that’s a bot so bad I still haven’t cleared security in 40 minutes, what else is good about Virgins C/S. DO NOT USE!!
@virginmedia well, after weeks of ongoing billing issues, I get another resolution email that makes no real sense & resolves nothing. Run it through an AI checker & it comes out as looking 100% AI. Nothing says true customer care like using AI for escalated issues
@virginmedia how difficult can it be to get my bill right? Not sure I have the stamina for ANOTHER long call (with that ridiculous voice operated menu that is truly painful!) to ask AGAIN for it to be sorted. Truly set the pace for what bad service looks like. Avoid them!
