0/19 Big News for TON & TON StrategyCo (NASDAQ: VERB)

Today, I am formally stepping down as President of TON Foundation to focus my TON of energy on a new exciting role as Executive Chairman of @tonstrat (NASDAQ: $VERB), the world’s first and largest Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company dedicated to $TON.

This is very good news for the @ton_blockchain ecosystem, a carefully planned, and very worthwhile step to avoid any conflicts of interest as a NASDAQ-listed company's Executive Chairman - where I will have an arguably much longer lever to positively impact TON’s ecosystem than chairing TON Foundation in what was always a non-executive capacity.

Timing is excellent. My mission as TON Foundation President - re-defining strategy around a decisive US market entry for TON in 2025, and bringing in an executive leadership team to execute said strategy - is accomplished. I have full faith in our capable CEO @crownmax and am grateful to him for picking up the baton of leadership in his growing role - after all, “the role of any leader is not to create followers - but to create more leaders”.

This is also a good opportunity to share my “long-form” thoughts & thesis on Telegram, $TON & $VERB - and why the best is yet to come - for what I believe to be the most ambitious blockchain project in the world, after Bitcoin. Patient readers will be rewarded with a nugget at the end.
