We lost the amazing John Moat from @WarwickLifeSci who was not just a colleague, but a mentor and most importantly my friend. Words can't describe how grateful I am to have known John for the immeasurable amount of support he has given me in my life, and all my biscuits he ate.

The project is VERY interdisciplinary, combing social science, biophysics and microbiology to understand inequalities of UTIs treatment + replicate them in vitro to help choose the correct antibiotic.

It might seem an irreversible choice but believe me, if later in life you really want to do an MBBS or earn a PhD, you can do it. 💪
I started a PhD at 29 and one of my batchmates in medical college started MBBS at 33. 🙂
Son has a keen interest, almost an obsession, with historical figures. So much so, we have to proactively encourage him to engage with living people! 😅
