@hispanicnomad It was an absolute blast!
We lived up the hill at the Heights a good 400 meters so it wasn’t terrible but def a party town.
Now that we have kids, OLON is the better location for the fam for sure!
@TheJerzWay Copa has become my favorite by a mile!
Planes/food/seating is superior to other Latin lines but honestly it’s their service that makes the difference.
Flight crew are all nice and actually seem to enjoy their jobs plus Panama goes direct to Atlanta where immigration is fastest
@BowTiedGlobe What’s the mínimo in Medellin rn?
Ecuador is $1.50 and a 20km ride would run 7-10 bucks depending on time of day/where in the city we are going.
@TheCryptoDog It was you and the dude who recorded in the shower…@crypto_bitlord7.
Both of you guys sounded the dog whistle in 2018 for me…I remember seeing him 3 months after he started and dude reverse aged 10 years.
Both of you were talking about mushroom spores too I believe
@flyte_mueller@mattvanswol He’s referencing the international terminal.
I flew out at 7 am three days ago. Shuttle from domestic terminal to international is every 15 minutes
International security line is 7-10 minutes. Once through take the train to your terminal and voila.
@realEstateTrent Flew out of atl two days ago. Shuttle to international was a 13 min bus ride. International security was a 7 min. Spent the rest of the morning watching sprinters.
(Yes I had an international flight but first leg was domestic and still required check in from there)
@shawngorham 3 babies born in Gwinnett medical. 3500 for fist two prenatal and c section delivery’s were included.
3rd baby had insurance and bill was 33k. Mind boggling.
Since then everything is cash pay: dental plans, PCP, etc.
My wife and I do our yearly’s in Ecuador during vacations
@gvtcontractor@ted_ryce Just a great question! I’ve been in Ecuador for most of my adult life and always felt like Colombia and Brazil called.
My younger brother spent 1.5 years in Minas Gerais when we were kids and he came home fluent and speaking of the place I’d always dreamed.
@WilsonCompanies They are great for tile roofs post hurricane but other than that insurance rarely wants to cover them on anything shingle/metal side.
Commercial loose lay is where it’s at!!
