Unfortunately the world just learned that #usmnt absolutely cannot handle pressure deep in their own half. Not only do they lose possession after the long ball but they lose their speed and aggression and attack which has been their greatest strength.
@JaredKollerKC What's weird (generous verbiage) is the organization knowing full well this ball-club has RISP bankruptcy despite being able to hit, and doing little to nothing about it spanning across seasons.
@usopengolf@USANetwork@usasports@GolfChannel@peacock@NBCSports@nbc Literally everybody who goes in the deep stuff has their club wrapped in grass and the ball shoots out sideways or barely comes out…except Clark.
Somehow, someway Clark has been able to get to the back of the ball ON EVERY SINGLE mistake in the grass. Just not believable.
@usopengolf How the eff has Clark been able to “get to the back” of the ball on EVERY SINGLE LIE in the “toughest rough” on tour? Are we really to believe he has lucked out in 2 foot of fescue 100% of the time this tourney? Something is off here.
Burns gets hosed by a horrible ruling in a puddle last US Open and gets hosed by his playing partner coming up 7 feet short and not giving him a read on his most important putt of the day sitting 1 off the leader. Absolute bull*$%^
