Blackprinz malt is huskless so we tried grinding to a fine particle size to increase surface area for flavour transfer. It worked beautifully.

Most hop essential oils evaporate during wort boiling. Most of the aroma molecules in beer come from yeast activation of wort soluble aroma precursors released into solution during boil. Good maturation is crucial for beer aroma. Our beer is aged one week per alcohol percent.
