We were delighted to have PSI Council Member Dr Geraldine McNamara represent the PSI at the @IACP_ie Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Conference on Saturday.
Dr McNamara took part in the keynote panel discussion, offering a psychological perspective on EDI alongside colleagues from psychiatry and psychotherapy.

I had a conversation today about the difference between "kindness" & "niceness" in leadership so I decided to post about it.
