The fire exit door near the gym will be only used as a fire exit from now on. This modification is to prevent mis-use of the door, and for the improved security of the building.

Parkade gate 3 has been fixed. We have received reports that it was getting stuck from time to time this week.

Elevator 1 is still out of service. The elevator technician is in the building and actively working on the issue.

Elevator 2 (middle elevator) was stuck. Someone was inside the elevator when it malfunctioned. It has been fixed now. Elevator technicians were quick to respond to fixing that malfunction.

One elevator is down. Elevator contractor is notified and arrangements have been made for them to come service it first thing in the morning.

Dear Residents, our contractor has found that a low flow PRV has failed. This affects floors 10-18. A replacement PRV is not expensive and is on order. Right now, any water temperature fluctuation issues should be resolved as we have bypassed the low flow PRV for now.

Dear Residents, great news! We now have a secure mail delivery system installed in our mailing area called BlueBox! Now your packages can be put into BlueBox with a code sent to your phone with an access code to retrieve your package. Couriers must use BlueBox.

Reminder: Generator Maintenance is happening right now. There will only be one elevator running for a half hour. Elevators will resume normal service when generator maintenance is done.
