Proper staffing gives time to have a break- to eat & drink! Midwives run on empty or worse on adrenaline & sugar. That’s when mistakes are made. Staffing means they can go to the toilet, have a wee, change their sanitary towel/ tampon. How ridiculous to think it doesn’t count.
