These are just snippets of the kinds of conversation we have every day in Slack and in our live group coaching sessions. Making more money isn’t just about raising your prices. It’s a holistic mindset shift that involves understanding and articulating what you actually do that helps your clients, delivering it consistently, and reaping the rewards, financial and otherwise.
One of the most valuable things a business owner can do for themselves is to be around a community of like-minded people who are at the same stage, a few steps behind, and a few steps ahead. They can push your thinking and challenge you to act.
