Dissapointing @brewdog advent calendar beer today... can is a bit battered, but at least its fully intact and sealed shut.... sadly though it feels only about 30% full. It hasn't leaked or anything, but I think it may have had a battle with the filling/canning machine & lost.

This is a miniature #goatashlog, don't ask....I decided to cut it open to sample it. Wow. Not bad and it slices beautifully. Not often I cut these as they are made to order in tight quantities, never any spare.

Salt is added to cheese to halt acidity development, enhance flavour & a preservative. You can salt direct in the vat, dry salt cheese after made or brine like us.
