Being talented isn't enough anymore.
You need visibility, connections, consistency and the courage to put yourself out there.

A lot of talented people aren't failing.
They're simply invisible.

Nobody talks enough about how confusing your early 20s can be.

A patient's death is devastating, especially for the family. But attacking healthcare workers won't bring that person back.

We need accountability when there is negligence, but we also need to protect healthcare workers from violence.
Both can be true.
