@RexVolcano The difference in strategy is Stanford invested in an elite coaching staff. Kal invested in its players. Stanford will coach up 3 ⭐️ to be 4 ⭐️ caliber players. Kal is bringing in good caliber players but less certain how much better they can and whether they stay or not.
@FeFiFauxFunk@RexVolcano Rivera is gone as soon as he gets an NFL coaching job. Luck is committed to building Stanford football and will be part of the program a long time
@ChrisLaPuma Agreed. I think @StanfordFball coaching staff is going to coach up a lot of the 3 ⭐️ guys into 4 ⭐️ caliber football players. Investing in the coaching staff will pay off as reputation will get out among high school coaches, etc that Stanford coaching is elite.
Tupleo (Miss.) LB Devontray Brewer just announced his commitment to Stanford and broke down why he chose the Cardinal
“It doesn’t get any better than the academics at Stanford, I couldn’t pass that up.”

First I’d like to thank God for this opportunity. I’d like to thank my parents, coaches, teammates, and anyone else who has supported me along the way.
With that, I’m excited to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at Stanford university!!! 🔴⚪️🌲
@StanfordFanSdc Micah isn’t on any of the CFB analysts lists. He’s going be the Ebuka Okorie of ACC football. He reminds me of Tyler Gaffney. He’s going to have a huge year. I think he’ll reach 1000+ rushing yards, 200+ passing yards, and 10 TDs.
@QualkTalk The beauty of the regional playoff format is that it doesn’t over-advantage the stronger teams. Hosting a regional tournament is a significant advantage to begin with. The format offers some chance for the #3 and #4 teams to upset the favored teams. Great teams defend their park.
@VincentBriedis@BaseUnstitched This makes a lot of sense to me. Warnings are irrelevant. Players will still showboat and taunt. Ejection is the only stick available to umpires. A more modest penalty - like calling the batter out and negating the run - would have players thinking twice about their celebrating.
@cincosdf@JakeCrews01@SECUnfiltered Game context doesn’t matter. He can still celebrate his HR. Just tone it down running the bases and celebrate after you cross the plate. The run is scored when he touches home plate, not when it goes over the wall. Football players don’t celebrate before crossing the goal line.
