I see a lot of students do the same and they seem to have some of the strongest squats… it’s interesting to me on why the body feels safe with 2 x body weight and you can pick your feet off the ground..
I assume it’s their bodies natural response to adjust foot placement … no way they consciously think about it during a rep…

@Guadango Why can’t it do all ? Our bodies function with different systems, pathways, and structures all together. Open systems have input and output flows, as well as energy and information to surrounding boundaries.
