- “Los abogados” quieren que el Estado les garantice una pensión mínima, por encima de lo que hubieran recibido de haber cotizado cantidades equivalentes al RETA (sistema al que podían haberse afiliado libremente desde 1996).

- Las pensiones son el mayor agujero a las cuentas públicas, con un déficit estructural de €60.000-€70.000 al año (y subiendo), que se cubre con otros impuestos y deuda (= impuestos futuros)

- Los políticos (o politicastros) no se atreven a enfrentarse a colectivos organizados que representan decenas de miles de votos y pueden decir unas futuras elecciones (abogados, jubilados…).

- A los políticos (o politicastros) les importa un bledo la sostenibilidad del sistema o el futuro del país (como le importaría a un estadista).

- Salvo que España se convierta en un hub tecnológico y la productividad por hora se dispare hasta la estratosfera, los jóvenes no van a tener un trato parecido (ni de broma), a pesar de que sus salarios son esquilmados a base de cotizaciones para pagar pensiones actuales

- Los jóvenes deberían estar quemando las calles o emigrando (en función de su nivel cabreo), porque el único intetés que tienen los políticos españoles es que engrosen la masa de cotizantes y pagadores de impuestos para seguir con la ficción de que el sistema es sostenible.

Yet the moment the project succeeds, suddenly everyone who was paid upfront wants a bigger piece of the pie. The same people who would not have shared in the loss now feel entitled to share disproportionately in the upside.

If you accept payment for your work regardless of outcome, you’ve already been compensated for your risk (or lack thereof). Why should the person who risked everything not be allowed to reap the rewards when their gamble pays off?
