Upon arrival we were asked to pay the amount in advance before check in and we did so as we had seen beautiful pictures of the room on the app. But to my dismay what we found after checking in was shocking. The room was not at all similar to as seen in the pictures.

Charge us 80% for just 30 minutes in a unhygienic rat infested room. While oyo paid no heeds to our words what we could do was leave our hard earned money at the hotel and leave the hotel for our own good.

Although the Hotel Manager understood our concerns and was willing to refund the money after a small fees the executive straight away denied any refunds. When we gave him several options to refund or adjust the booking all he did was offer us 20% of the total and

Can @oyorooms be trusted for online booking? The answer for me today is a BIG NO.
We have flown all the way from Assam to Chennai for my brother's Medical treatment and being an alien to Chennai I decided to book my stay with Oyo rooms.
