@SkyHelpTeam could you please tell me what price increases you have coming up on existing broadband and tv customers packages?
I’ve just looked on my account and it says my June bill is predicted to be £25 per month more than it is this month.

@SkyHelpTeam Still can't pause over a week down the line and still nothing is being done to resolve this. Why can't sky automatically pause this for everyone?

@SkyHelpTeam I've been trying to pause sky sports for 7 days now and still not working! I will be cancelling the direct debit and paying the bill minus sky sports.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you want people to give up trying so sky can keep charging them. Just seems odd that some people go on and works straight away but not working at all for others.
