@ITVXhelp As it appears BritBox is being phased out in favour of ITVX (and I think everything on BritBox is now on ITVX but not not visa-versa) is there anyway to swap our annual BritBox subscription for an ITVX one as they’re both the same price?

@gmpolice reported offroad bikes hours ago. Got promised on live chat by filling out the online report form something would be done. Guess what. Bikes are still there. Just shows what a waste of time the police really are when after 18 months of reporting nothing has changed 😡

@virginmedia If we go with a broadband only package do we still have a phone number and ability to plug a phone in? We currently have a landline but only ever use it for incoming calls and emergencies so don’t need any call packages. Thanks

@Primark Tried to return a present today that was too small but got told by a rather rude assistant that it’s just outside the 28 day return window so it’s “tough”. How come ASDA can offer 100 days? Hmmm. From my experience Primark definitely need to improve customer service!

@SwitchBot just got a SwitchBot Pan/Tilt camera and it won’t recognise my SD Card. Tried 2 one 128 GB and the other 16 GB neither are working. The 128 GB won’t even display the capacity on the app and formatting doesn’t fix it. Any advice?
