@bbcjohnmurray @bbc5live @BBCSounds As someone that walks their dog at the racecourse in Brighton every day I can testify that the views are indeed as you suggested on commentary, sensational.

What better way to celebrate the return of Test Cricket than being injected in the wrist by a stranger? #tailendersoftheworlduniteandtakeover #carpaltunnelsyndrome

Would you be interested in being part of a #cohousing community in #Hemel Hempstead? We’re excited to be working on a feasibility study for a multi-generational community. Please contact us to find out more. @UKCohousing

@NeilMurphy1978 Brighton got there first.

[Carefree_Mike @MikeBodkin5]

@cyclisethecity We did - but always interested in the contact for future reference!

Twitter Hive Mind: At @WeTweetTown we have been doing some work to assess the financial value of the social impact of our proposed (great) BTR + affordable + cohousing scheme in Wolverton, Milton Keynes, using the HACT tool https://t.co/ZwMACuLitS

Looking for good examples of community hubs (schools, healthcare, libraries ++) built to anchor or support high-density development, UK abroad. TIA.

Just did 30 mins #Speedwatch in Freshfield Rd, #Brighton. Logged 18 speeders out of 88 vehicles in 30 mins. #SlowDown for #SaferRoads. @ChInspRoyHodder @ActiveTravelES @SussexSimon

@NagaArchitect @NeilMurphy1978 @patricialondon @JonnyAnstead @10MLFrances 58% sorry fat thumbs. But still way under provision. Yes I think a case study would be useful for citing in negotiations elsewhere.

[Carefree_Mike @MikeBodkin5]

@NagaArchitect @NeilMurphy1978 @patricialondon @JonnyAnstead @10MLFrances Rest of the grasscrete area never used but leaving that until next time! Parking survey showed 48% maximum occupancy even during lockdown.

[Carefree_Mike @MikeBodkin5]

@NagaArchitect @NeilMurphy1978 @patricialondon @JonnyAnstead @10MLFrances Indeed. The application is to take the 4 out in the Lane, 2 undercroft convert to electric cargo bike store, 4 in the grasscrete area.

We’re delighted to announce that TOWN has submitted a full planning application for our proposed #LoveWolverton development in Milton Keynes - the long-awaited regeneration of the Wolverton Agora Centre and car park. (1/15)

@JonnyAnstead @BBC6Music A Marxist critique might seek solace in the Napalm Death Album From Enslavement to Obliteration.
Us planning nerds know that Paul Simon had it right when he said that there are (S.55) Ways to Leave Your Lover.
