Effective this morning, @GeneralTensor sent notice to @wildsagelabs that we were terminating our VaaS contract. As Bittensor evolves, we needed to evolve with it.

The General Tensor validator is now fully operated in-house with our experienced development team. We have removed all on-chain reference to the deprecated, legacy provider.

General Tensor is well positioned to thrive in the age of Root Reborn, and we're excited to continue supporting the network and the subnet teams within it.

As a precaution, we rolled all hotkeys to ensure sole GT custody. The parent General Tensor hotkey is now:
