Patrick was one of those icons who we somehow all took for granted would always be with us.
I grew up as a fan, and was later gifted the privilege of becoming a colleague and friend, working with him for many years on “American Dad!”, “Family Guy”, and “Ted”. He was that rare actor who could take any bit of dialogue and elevate it, making a good writer sound great, and a great writer sound masterful. He was also as humble as they come. I remember exchanging emails with him a number of years ago when he was beginning day 1 of a new film. He commented to me that he always walked onto a new set feeling like the biggest novice there. My stunned reaction was the same as anyone’s would be. I said, “Patrick, if you feel that way, the rest of us are screwed.” We have lost a legendary actor today, and for many of us, a good friend. He will be deeply missed by the entire planet.

Fact:
Denmark has kept both Russia and China out of Greenland.. They have no activities or presence in Greenland.

No consulates. No mining. No ownership of anything relevant.

They are not there.

Children around the world have died because Trump and Musk needlessly destroyed USAID. These are some of their stories.

Go figure. My friend got vaccinated for polio in 1960 and he just died. I wonder if there was a connection. He was hit by a car but who knows?

We are standing firm.

The EU just approved one of its strongest sanctions package against Russia to date.

We’re cutting the Kremlin’s war budget further, going after 105 more shadow fleet ships, their enablers, and limiting Russian banks’ access to funding. (1/3)

RFK Jr saying "none of the 72 vaccines given to children have been tested against placebo "

The reality :

- Children are not given 72 vaccines
- The ones they are given have been tested against placebo

This serial liar is your HHS Secretary.

On this day, 40 years ago, Denmark banned nuclear power over vibes

Since then 🇩🇰
🏭 Burned coal for decades
❌ Helped shut down reactors abroad
🤫 Quietly imported nuclear
🤥 Became a climate hypocrite

This is the story of one of the most self-defeating energy policies

(📣) COMMUNITY NOTE: Per usual for Musk and his followers, this is a lie. After you hunt through all the posts to find the original source, it's an Ars Technica report in which Butch Wilmore actually says, "Politics isn't playing into this at all." What he does confirm is that...

(1/3) It needs repeating: in 1994, Ukraine was persuaded to give up its nuclear weapons to Russia in return for the US, the UK, and Russia guaranteeing Ukraine’s sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.

In 1890, the Tariff Act came into place in the United States. It placed tariffs on imports of up to 50%.
While touted as a way to build American industry, there was also the hope it would force an annexation of Canada. It backfired.
Let's learn more.

If it's still unclear for some:

USA HAS NOT given 350 billion $ worth of aid for Ukraine.

USA has not contributed more than Europe to defend Ukraine.

US weapons used by European militaries are not arms aid, they are bought.

So much disinformation is being spread freely.

Being able to drop a quarterly US GDP prediction by 5.1% from +2.3% to -2.8% in a single week is one of the most impressive economic developments in the history of the world.

For all the MAGA trolls crying “where was Europe for 3 years?” — they were there, with their wallets open, while you were busy jerking off to Putin speeches and shooting Bud Light cans, (except Biden administration which was helping.)

US: $113B
EU: $130B

And on top of that — Europe was pushing for peace even before the first Russian tank crossed the border. This whole “we did everything, Europe did nothing” narrative is pure MAGA fiction.

Now, sit down and pee.
