@JetBlue really needs to get its act together! My flight was supposed to board at 5:45pm, and the plane has a mechanical failure, so it’s put out of operation. We wait over 2 hours for another plane and we board, and then the toilet doesn’t flush. They fix the toilet after 30 minutes and now guess what! The communications system doesn’t work!!!!! Now everyone is just sitting here restless!!!! Where’s my voucher @JetBlue ? I’m mosaic and this is unacceptable
