The Bahamas is 25th State to accept amendments to IMO Convention to expand Council size (requires two-thirds of Membership accepting). The deposit was made by H.E. Mr. Rolle, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Bahamas to IMO, in a meeting with @IMOSecGen
