@PNCBank @PNCBank_Help The new PNC user interface is still just terrible. No explanation how to delete a payee from the list of payees. It was easy in the old interface. Whoever PNC paid for this "update" is guilty of metaphorical bank robbery.

@shinesty_ Can't stand the way they package socks. They put this needless plastic tie which ties the sock bottoms together and when you separate them the mateerial tears and starts to unwind. Really annoying. You shouldn't have to be a surgeon to get their socks out.

@PECOconnect @customer It took me 3+ minutes or more to get a live person on the Emergency Hotline to report leak. First I got an inapposite long recording warning me about higher energy bills. Then had to press 1 to continue. Then had to wait at least 2 minutes. That is ridiculous and wreckless.

Irony - @GovernorShapiro complaints about higher prices in @pjminterconnect is in large part caused by irrational natgas hating NGOs that kill projects like @Bechtel Renovo project in Clinton County - and then take a victory lap in celebration to boot. Stupid is as stupid does.

@Blacklane - they fixed the fibbing driver problem. Gave us a credit for next ride. They need to police their drivers better though to not lie about tips being not included in fare.
