let a rookie hit four HRs against us in his first four regular season games
no singles in our first two games
win a ten-inning one-hitter
let an outfield traffic cone rob three HRs against us in a 1-0 loss
all within our first nine games
only the mariners, baybeeeeeeeeee
Year 16 in a row of Opening Day #MikeAndNicksPicks2Click. Don't get me wrong. I want to see Cal hit one. But. I'm gonna go with Josh Naylor down the right field line to start the 2026 campaign with a bang. @nickp_ftw@Mariners 🇨🇦
in the entire history of the olympics (more than 10,000 athletes each summer games and 3,000 each winter) since 1896, this would have applied to one (1) woman who did not place in anything
@S2ASystem Wondering if you have film that you'd be comfortable sharing of your "waggle" off buck sweep that you talk about in your talk from 2020 Nat'l RPO clinic? Interested in seeing QB/RB mesh and QB follow. Thanks! ✌️
@coachdecost1 Love this, coach. We do something similar called IRON LIONS. Individuals can earn points/rewards for regular lifts. They are also are put into "prides" with 5 other teammates, and prides earn points too. Helps kids be accountable for themselves and their teammates!
This week’s Run Game Rec comes from Coach Mike Lengel @MikeLengel at Lakeside High School @LakesideLionsFB in Seattle, WA 📽️

Been off Twitter for a while only to show up and see this 🔥from @TBlazer5AS1!
One of our core values at Lakeside Football is 𝙄𝙉𝘾𝙇𝙐𝙎𝙄𝙑𝙄𝙏𝙔. Anyone who joins has a place on our team, provides value to our team, and gets to benefit from being on the team unconditionally.
Ya’ll.
FOOTBALL IS FOR EVERYONE.
Not “some of us”.
Not those who are “tough enough”.
DAMNED SURE not those who are “man enough.”
EVERYONE. FULL STOP.
Don’t tell me football teaches us life lessons and then gate-keep those lessons.
Implemented some fun 3rd-and-short trickery this season. This was called "CAT" in our playbook. Easy rules:
✅Shift to it;
✅Count the numbers;
✅Snap the ball!
Wasn't always perfect (especially once it was on film), but only needed 4-5 yards if we called it. One gain of 48!
