Putin's leaked surrender plan for Ukraine was nothing short of insane. It proposed reducing the Ukrainian army to a mere 50,000 troops, required everyone to lift sanctions on Russia and affiliated individuals, mandated Russian as an official language, and even allowed the Russian military to carry out "activities" in occupied areas (likely including executions from a targeted "kill list").
