First of all "illegal" immigrants don't get any health care because it's not allowed. They only go to the emergency room when they are near death. That same thing happened to me last year. I was parked before the barrier. I came back to the car and started FSD fully expecting it to back up. I was shocked when instead it went FORWARD!! A loud BANG happened when I went over the barrier with the front wheels. Then I didn't want to have the front wheels go over the concrete barrier a second time so I pushed the accelerator pedal and another BANG happened. After that the suspension was not as smooth as before and the steering wheel wanted to drift to the right. I took the car to a Tesla service station and they did a realignment and some other adjustment and it came back to a normal soft ride.
