if you’ve ever been in the sauna in your gym, you’ll find that most guys are fat, unhappy, and the only topic of conversation will be how their wife is angry at them.

you simply nod, smile, laugh, agree, and be grateful that you’ll never be like that.

i don’t know if you’ve noticed…

but there is a glorification of depression happening.

“she left me now I’m listening to tom platz audios in the gym…”

“my pre workout is the voice notes she used to send me…”

“locked in so hard I started crying mid set…”

specifically, the gym culture has been fucked.

it used to be zyzz, get girls, become aesthetic, walk around shirtless.

now it’s “I lift heavy circles to silence the voices”

the victim mindset is now mainstream.

everyones slitting their wrists, everyone is a victim.

every guy vents to their girl about how..

*insert sobbing voice* “what if you find someone better”

I’ve been there, and it’s the only reason I’m telling you this.

i’ve not lived an easy life.

I grew up on a street that was famous for prostitution and drug dealing.

I made it out with the only man in the house being ME.

my early college days was in a bando playing j hus debating to sell crack through the window, with the police station 10 mins away.

I have never played the victim card. I knew that nobody was coming to save me.

I had to MAKE it happen.

it was either I get rich legally, or illegally.

I could not settle, it was happening, no matter what.

don’t be a victim.

stay away from all victims, they're energy vampires and will sap your life force.

it’s no coincidence that people are so negative.

have you seen the news? new earthquake, new murder, new attack, new missile.

I’m in the marketing and product industry, this does not do it any justice either.

marketing and selling is all about getting people to realise they have a problem, and selling them a solution.

it’s in newspapers, it’s in ads, it’s on the tv, it’s outside on billboards.

the skincare niche is a big example…

I’m sure you’ve seen the ads that say “my boyfriend looks so good when his skin cleared”. then they sell you the “only!” product that actually clears your skin on the backend.

this subtly convinces young men that you need to have clear skin to attract girls.

it gives them shame that they don’t look like a model.

that seed then has been implemented in their mind.

now they can’t get it out of their head, they need clear skin, they need to be attractive.

now… every time they look in the mirror they see that they have a little spot on their forehead.

they then go into a negative thought spiral…

girls won’t like me now.

i need to get this fixed.

they not have no confidence, they fall into a minor depression.

so, is it any doubt that people are so negative?

the thoughts you have shape your world.

those group of girls giggling behind you while you walk?

you automatically assume that they’re laughing at you and how you walk.

why? because you’ve been conditioned to be negative.

you’ve been focusing on your flaws in the mirror.

one flaw beats 100 attractive traits to you.

you automatically assume they’re laughing at you.

you think they’re laughing about how you walk.

you think they’re laughing because of what you’re wearing.

but what if they’re giggling about coming up to you and getting your number?

what if they’re laughing because they’re nervous about talking to you?

no. that’s not possible. you’re a victim, aren’t you?

your eye canthal tilt isn’t positive, they must think you’re disgusting, correct?

your shoulder to waist ratio is not a perfect 1/1.61. they must be laughing seeing that, right?

and you know what… they probably are.

the mirror doesn’t smile before you do.

the universe is a reflection of your thoughts.

if you see the world through the lens of positivity, then the world will bring you positivity in return.

imagine this scenario…

you’re walking, you’re so confident in yourself, you know you are attractive, there’s some sway in your shoulders because you know you’re THAT guy.

then the group of girls walk up behind you, and they go quiet and start giggling.

you’re already in a positive thought pattern…

you automatically think that the girls behind you are nervous because there’s an attractive guy in front of them.

and you know what? you’re right.

you smiled before the mirror did. now the mirror smiles back.

everything that comes to you will be positive, as long as your mind IS positive.

have you ever had sex with a girl, then you start thinking that every girl is looking at you?

because they are.

they can read your energy, they can READ your positive thoughts.

you’re thinking in terms of abundance, because you’ve just had sex, and thinking in abundance brings more abundance, it’s the law of attraction.

whatever you think, you attract.

on the other side?

your thoughts are filled with negative inputs, from the music you listen to, to the things you consume online.

it’s all sad and soppy.

your thoughts that you have in your head are telling you “you’re not good enough”

so you walk with your head down, you walk thinking that everyone is looking at you because you’re thinking in a negative light. you block out all positives.

then you notice those group of girls come up behind you… and they start giggling.

you think that they’re giggling because of how you walk.

and guess what? they are.

you frowned and cried in the mirror, so the mirror frowns and cries back.

you attract negativity, so more negativity will come towards you.

all of the sudden you’re self conscious about the way you walk.

you start stumbling and you can’t walk in a straight line because you’re nervous.

you think that the girls are saying “hahaha look at how he walks”

and they probably are.

you attracted the negativity, so it will come to you.

few will understand this.

you need put on your pink glasses and see the world only in good light.

see the world in ABUNDANCE.

you ARE the guy, you already have everything you want.

you just have over-confidence. you think that everyone looks at you is looking at a greek god and they can’t help but stare.

you look in the mirror and you can’t help but stare.

this is the real thoughts of a confident man.

everyone will tell you that this is narcissism.

if that’s narcissism? aim to be narcissistic.

how do you actually think positive?

you can’t do it on command. obviously.

I would be depressed if I was the guy who didn’t work on himself too.

but what if I told you it’s easy to be confident?

life is easy as a man.

as long as you follow the law of creation.

this will get a bit philosophical, but stick with me.

no matter your religious beliefs…

we was put on this world to create.

God created the world.

we’re on here to create alongside him.

have you ever felt depressed after finishing a workout?

have you ever felt depressed after cleaning your room?

have you ever felt depressed after learning something new and implementing it in your business?

never. it’s impossible.

the only reason why a person is depressed is simply because they don’t create enough.

your day should have as much “creating” tasks in the day.

business work, creating a better income.

going to the gym, creating a better body.

eating clean, creating a better body.

cleaning your room, creating a better environment.

this is the “cheat code” to having a positive mindset, always.

the key to success as a man is simply creating.

if you spend your days creating something, you will never be depressed.

you know why?

because you’re following your purpose.

you was put on this created world, to create.

to create a better life for yourself.

to create a better life for your clients in your business.

to create a better life for your future kids.

as long as you create, you’ll never be depressed.

you’ll only have positive thoughts if you limit consumption, and maximise creation.

so… why are people so depressed nowadays?

consumption.

and the cherry on top?

consumption of negativity.

and the companies are profiting off your consumption.

they’ve made tiktok and instagram reels the most addicting thing possible.

think about the animation of scrolling? does it resonate?

yeah, it mimics the slot machines in a casino.

it’s all for profit. it’s all split tested.

when something is free, the price is your soul.

life as a man is easy.
