First @hometelecomcare send me a dodgy router. Then they charge me for a service they didn't provide. Now they say I haven't returned a router, even though they issued a refund - which is only possible if the router has been returned. Laughable. Do not use use this service!
It's promising to make a payment in '3 to 4 weeks', yet expects patients to make payments immediately. You're making millions of rand on a daily basis, @Mediclinic. Your patients are struggling to get by. And yet you seem to think it's the other way around.
Shocking service from @Mediclinic An administrator refused to refund my father after he paid over R40K for emergency surgery. Admin told him he could only get the refund if he filled out a form by himself. He can't write - the surgery was on his hand! Where is your common sense?
And it's not like Mediclinic provided great service. Its staff couldn't even keep a drip in my dad's arm. The bed sheets were falling off after a single night. Really disappointing, @Mediclinic

@spatialanalysis This graphic needs people - actual people. Ditch the arrows and combine the numbers with circular button images of the refugees (photos taken either in the host countries or on their way to them). Click the buttons and you learn more about the situation in each country... 1/2
@CarrefourUAE Really poor service. I ordered groceries on Tuesday. You delivered half, but charged for all. I've called your customer service hotline several times. You can't even tell me if you'll deliver them at any point - much less when. I need my groceries, or a refund NOW!
