For years Israeli intelligence officers have been warning us about Netanyahu’s unique messianic obsession with Iran.
With Trump in office he has found the opportunity a few days before a meeting on their nuclear program to attack. This will create a huge war that will not stop and will drag more countries into it as time goes by. This is following months of bombings in Syria, and the killing, and displacement of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank for expansionist reasons by Netanyahu’s government.

Personally I think that the Islamic Republic should fall but that is up to the people of Iran, not anyone else. I also think Netanyahu’s government should fall but that is up to the people of Israel.

Who gets to decide who has nuclear weapons and who does not? The US? The only country to have ever used atomic weapons on civilians? Israel? A state embroiled with occupation and war? How about Pakistan? One of the most extreme religious Islamic countries in the world. It’s all hypocrisy.

If states were serious about nuclear proliferation they would all give it up for the survival of humanity. But no, that’s not going to happen. Instead we have to worry about our kids dying in some kind of nuclear fallout, ecological degradation and war.
