@ZohranKMamdani installed his own campaign field director, Tascha Van Auken, a career DSA organizer, atop a new $53M taxpayer-funded office.

Its first move: canvass New Yorkers to pressure the “independent” Rent Guidelines Board into freezing rent.
It worked.

The board voted 7-1, one member resigned the morning of the vote calling it predetermined, and industry groups are now preparing an Article 78 challenge.

This isn’t engagement. It’s a campaign operation moved from Mamdani’s war chest onto the city budget, and Van Auken has already said RGB was only the first target.

Next up: likely City Council budget fights, taxation, landlord regulations, or police oversight, whatever serves the DSA agenda.

This likely violates NYC Charter Chapter 68’s conflict-of-interest rules and NY Public Officers Law §74, which bars public servants from using their office for political or private advantage.

Director Van Auken, Mayor Mamdani, save your receipts.

As long as they keep churning out content, his ‘success’ is indisputable. Because content is success to his generation.

I am now within 4 points, 43% to 47%, with 10% of voters still undecided.

Even worse for Hochul, 61% say she does not deserve reelection, and 57% believe New York is headed in the wrong direction.

The message is clear. Families want safer communities, lower taxes, and a government that respects their paychecks.

I delivered those results in Nassau County, and I am ready to bring that leadership statewide.

Today, Governor Sherrill admitted knowing about illegals registered to vote “due to a software error” and only divulged it when caught red handed by the Department of Homeland Security. One of the darkest days in this state’s election history whether the initial failures happened during her tenure or not.

This totally ruins any credibility as she tries to minimize the size and scope of the massive failure. At this point, public trust is completely broken and the only option is to let the federal government see the voter rolls so they can determine just how deep this goes.

I will, however congratulate the Governor on her inspiring commitment to still try and take a swipe at President Trump during one of this state’s biggest embarrassments. Only she could trash the President for having “zero credibility” while she is literally admitting to major election integrity issues!
