@R08BO Good work but be careful with the squat depth. ATG might seem best and more challenging but unless performed correctly it can cause issues with lower back. Go deep but no benefit going past 90 with a pause actually puts more effort through the right muscles 👌🏼 keep it up 📈
@8WeekBloodSugar Like I keep saying this slide shows how to log portions and is not set in stone. It’s actually a typical example of someone’s current diet which we ask patients to offer alternatives. EDUCATION FIRST EVERYTIME!
@8WeekBloodSugar You have taken one slide completely out of context and as usual for any one not following a zero carb plan they are wrong. I just think rather than slating a free programme aimed at helping people improve their health you should be focussed on ways we can all work together.
@8WeekBloodSugar If you knew how we educate our patients on the programme we highlight the impact carbs & sugar have and we DO recommend reducing this based on a average consumption. This slide shows the NHS guideline for portions. We suggest adapting this as part of the REDUCTION OF RISK
@8WeekBloodSugar We also get similar results that are sustainable through the NDPP. There is more than one way to help people live a healthy life through education of habits not just take away carbs.

@drjamesdinic The golden rules to an unhappy life…. What about rather than saying NO we say in moderation? The occasional food we enjoy that may not be entirely optimal won’t do any harm and is what life is about. 🤷🏼♂️
