@AbstractBravo Its incredibly inefficient. Most just arent paying attention or are just looking to make it look like they work harder than they really do.
The 80/20 principle is in full effect lol
@AbstractBravo I hate doing it, most of our appraisers are straight forward and just let me know what to expect and I stop harassing them. Some of my coworkers call 4 or 5 times a day just being overly persistent or not checking for multiple orders on 1 call
@AbstractBravo Funniest thing is our lenders get so pissed when a due date isnt met, not realizing that if appraisers didnt take the time they need to let sales close and bracket comps the loan wouldn't go through because value wouldnt be met.
@AbstractBravo I work for a local AMC that does nationwide appraisals. That's no lie housing market is insane.
Some of our turn times on the west coast are still just ridiculous because of work loads and needing more time to bracket comps because all the contract prices are so high.
That's the exact issue is if they kick Joe off Spotify he would be able to create his own streaming service and it would be a huge competitor from day 1.
He would likely make way more money this way too.
Pretty much lose- lose for Spotify
Rogan will never be deplatformed. Heโs immensely popular. His audience will follow him wherever he goes.
But @spotify paying him an immense about of money to say the n-word and lie about vaccines is untenable for a lot of people.
I pinched a nerve in my back yesterday moving a massive branch that fell on my roof last week.
I barely got off the roof that shit was scary. Couldnt imagine having chronic back pain.
Today I look like kuazimoto when I get up after a while ๐
@Celebrity_Nurse Thinking there wouldn't be taxes on the gains but you could just pull out the base amount invested not the profits like a stock....
The list goes on lol
@Celebrity_Nurse Mostly how they should invest their extra money. So many people are putting it into traditional IRA's on low income to save on taxes now, not leaving any cash for emergencies or atleast in a brokrage.
Trying to invest money allocated to paying 2022 business taxes in mutual funds
