@HMRCcustomers Hi, finalising my return. Just wondering how payment on account works. I have paid twice over 2022 for 2021-2022. But there is no reference on final calculation about these payments. Are payment on account deducted after submitting return?

@premrugby @Saracens It was a great game of rugby, by both teams, marred by the referree. Making up a period for review, which does not exist, is not something that can be overlooked. Dont like booing kickers, whoever they are, and I am a Gloucester fan.

@HMRCcustomers Just like to say thank you to Douglas on your team. He took a look and in a few minutes saw the error that SL had not updated SA correctly. Maybe Douglas needs to be head of training and customer service as others basically blamed me and said I was incorrect.

@HMRCcustomers just spent 1hr 9 minutes. One of your agents was trying to correct an error in the system on my calculation then it said thanks for calling goodbye. Can someone call me back?

@HMRCcustomers I tried the number and asked for student refund and it gave a load of info then said goodby. What number do I need to call to speak about my student loan refund or refund that never happened

@HMRCcustomers I don’t know how else to explain it. All tax and SL were paid. 0 balance to pay Refunded SL April’s All good till august 2022 when I amended return. Now it is showing I left a balance that equals my student loan amount. The refund is not showing as overpaid SL but refunded tax.

@HMRCcustomers No thats not the issue. Your system is showing my SL refund, which was correct, as a tax refund. Then you are trying to take it back after I amended my tax return as the lady said she did not know why it was given as it is not on the system as a student loan refund.
