@olddog100ua If things crash and a bunch of people lose their houses again, private equity and investors can buy them up cheap and rent them. Similar thing with farms, and a lot of these guys are investors in those firms and companies.

@vandoliers I've posted this before but when I was 20 my band opened for Lucero - they treated us like equals, remembered us next time, and when I interviewed Ben he took the time to answer my questions even though I was just a kid with a blog. That has always stuck with me, 20 years later.
