Mike was a supporter, an ally, and great friend. I feel his loss deeply today, and know that for Angela and their three children, Addison, Claire and Michael Eric, he leaves a void that can never be replaced. They have our love, prayers and support.
Lidia and I are heartbroken to learn the news of the passing of our dear friend and my former colleague, Majority Caucus Chairman, Representative Mike Reese. Mike leaves behind a beautiful family and a legacy of energetic public service.
I will remember him as the dad who coached his children’s teams, stepped away meetings to call Angela, and of course that high school quarterback that I heard about before we met.

Congratulations to Greg Rothman, HRCC Chair, and Jesse Topper, HRCC Vice Chair, and to our House Republican Campaign team for their dedicated work on behalf of our candidates.
Congratulations Representative - Elects Tim Bonner, K.C. Tomlinson, and Eric Davanzo on big wins today in the State House in the 8th, 18th and 58th legislative districts.
Pennsylvania has not allowed an abortion based on the sex of the baby since 1989, when the state enacted a provision which has not been challenged in any court. Why then would we allow an abortion because of a Down syndrome diagnosis? These babies deserve a chance at life.
